Returns: Authorization for the return of product for any reason must be obtained from Ontor. Products arriving without the proper authorization (RMA number) will be refused. All returned products must be shipped prepaid in original unmarked, unopened, undamaged packaging including all original documentation, hardware and are subject to a re-stocking charge.
