Terms & Conditions

1. Terms: Net due in 30 days. A 2% per month (24% per annum) late service charge will be applied against overdue accounts.
2. Shipments are FOB Ontor's warehouse at which point title and risk of loss passes to the purchaser.
3. Claims: All claims for shortages or damage (other than damage in transit) must be presented to Ontor in writing within 10 days of purchaser's receipt of product. Purchaser will be responsible for asserting claims for losses or damage in transit directly against the carrier.
4. Returns: Authorization for the return of product for any reason must be obtained from Ontor.  Products arriving without the proper authorization (RMA number) will be refused. All returned products must be shipped prepaid in original unmarked, unopened, undamaged packaging including all original documentation, hardware and are subject to a re-stocking charge.   Please click here  to go to RMA form page.
