The Cozy Direct Vent Furnace is the perfect choice for today's zone heating needs. It mounts easily on any outside wall and occupies a minimum of space. The sealed combustion chamber draws air for combustion from out of doors and exhausts the products of combustion to the outside keeping room air fresh as springtime. The telescoping vent assembly containing air inlet tube, vent tube, and cap is included eliminating the need for expensive and difficult to install vent pipe systems. A wall mounted thermostat is standard or an optional built-in bulb stat kit (BBSK) is available. Both provide exact temperature control even if the power fails. All controls include 100% safety pilot and pressure regulator for safe, efficient operation.

Contemporary styling in attractive neutral bone finish blends with any decor. The louvered cabinet design maximizes airflow to provide even temperatures from floor to ceiling. Optional automatic blower provides even better circulation. (fits all units). 81 CFM.

Vent Cap Assembly

CozyÕs simple vent system is provided with each unit and minimizes installation expense by eliminating costly ductwork. Durably constructed of stainless and galvanized steel, the vent assembly is rainproof, prevents back-drafts, provides fresh air for unit combustion (large tube) and exhausts combustion products outside (small tube) the home. The vent cap includes a safety screen to prevent entry by small animals. The standard telescoping vent fits walls 5' to 9' thick. Optional vent extension kits are available - 15' (all models) and 24' (CDV15 & CDV25 only).

Direct Vent Counterflow Wall Furnace

COZY Direct Vent Counterflow Wall Furnaces incorporate three preferred concepts in heating - fan forced efficiency, counterflow heat delivery and sealed-combustion/direct-venting. Cooler air is drawn into the top of the unit, heated and delivered at floor level where it is needed most. Sealed-combustion means the unit draws combustion air from outside and exhausts combustion products to the outside, making safety a paramount consideration and allowing installation in sleeping quarters. Direct venting eliminates expensive ductwork and simplifies installation. COZY Direct Vent Counterflows mount on any outside wall and are perfect for multi-story, room addition, garage apartment and vacation housing applications. Fabricated from textured steel, attractively finished in Neutral Bone baked enamel paint. Cozy wall furnaces will grace any decor.

A powerful thermostatically controlled blower pulls cold air into the upper grill and delivers warm air at floor level where it's needed most. Counterflow action provides uniform room temperatures and economic operation. Optional side or rear outlet kits are available to further disperse heat into adjacent rooms. COZY Counterflows feature an attractive neutral bone, baked enamel finish, and casing of textured steel that enhances any room setting.
