From the planning stage to the inscription on the label... plotting, printing, engraving and lasering with one software package! One software package for company-wide labelling of electric, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical components. The software supports actuation of all Windows-compatible output devices. - One central labelling workstation keeps procurement, training and maintenance costs to a minimum.

Computer-aided labelling allows the user to prepare quick, universal, and flexible labelling on-site, which may be repeated or modified at any time. The ACS2000 labelling software allows manual data input through the keyboard or a data import from the various CAD/CAE systems. A programmable user interface allows the import of various formats such as ASCII, Excel, dBase, or Access data. Murrplastik labeling software is an easy, self-explanatory database designed for all demands in the range of labelling.

MVPS-G3 Plotter Systems

The MVPS-G3 Plotter System is the universally applicable inscription system for the most varied of labelling materials. Quick, safe and offering high-quality typefaces, the system is suitable for labelling electric, pneumatic and mechanical components. The plotter system is perfectly harmonized with the ACS Professional Software.

Features

PEN Station: the pens are kept tidy and can stay in the machine permanently. The plotter pens are closed airtight in the pen station, thus preventing them from drying out

Ink Flow Test Function Label: this enables the pen to perform a test on a side spare label. This ensures a quality print job from the first label to the last.

Auto-Calibration: If the plotter arm is bumped, the touch of a button is all that is needed to recalibrate the machine during a job. After automatic calibration, the pen goes back to the position at which the job was interrupted and finishes the inscription.
High Load Capacity: Up to 20 base plates can be laid into the plotter bed of MVPS-G3-XXL. This means that the base plate supply rarely needs to be refilled during running operations.
Partial Plate Inscriptions: The MVPS-G3 also allows for the first part of label trees to be inscribed. The next print job simply starts where the prior finished. This makes optimal and economic use of inscription materials. ...No wasted labels.

New Engraving Option!

Only a few steps are needed to reconfigure the three plotters of the MVPS-G3 series into fully functional engraving machines with extraction functionality. Conversion is extremely simple: the spindle head is affixed on the plotter in place of the printing head and connected to the vacuum cleaner and a control unit for the spindle.

This makes your plotter more versatile. Long wait periods for external engraving work becomes a thing of the past, saving time and money.
