SINAMICS G110 Variable Frequency Drives

The new Sinamics frequency inverter was designed with very basic applications in mind. Functionality is suitable for a variety of industrial variable-speed drive applications like pumps and fans, conveyor systems, factory gates, and even garage doors.

MICROMASTER MM4 Variable Frequency Drives

The Micromaster MM4 AC Drives are a range of frequency inverters for controlling the speed of three phase AC motors. With their default factory settings they cover a large range of simple motor control applications. Via its comprehensive functionality they can also be used for advanced torque control applications. The MM4 features the latest digital microprocessors and IGBTs along with new BICO (Binary Connector) technology, whereby inputs/outputs and control options can be configured as function blocks in the drive inverter, making the drives completely customizable. There are also advanced serial interfaces available for Profibus or Devicenet systems, with an RS485 serial link standard.

MICROMASTER MM4 are available in four performance classes:

MM410 for low cost variable speed applications.

• Power Range 0.16 - .75 HP (100 - 240 VAC Single Phase)

MM420 is especially suitable for pumps, fans and conveyor systems. Features integral PI controller, and optional Profibus or DeviceNet communications modules.

• Power Range 0.16 - 4 HP (200 - 240 VAC Single Phase)
• Power Range 0.16 - 7.5 HP (200 - 480 VAC Three Phase)
• Power Range 0.5 - 15 HP (380 - 480 VAC Three Phase)

MM430 is also especially suitable for pumps and fans with optimized OP (manual/automatic switchover), adapted software functionality and optimized power efficiency. Features integral PID controller, and optional Profibus or DeviceNet communications modules.

• Power Range 10 - 120 HP (380 - 480 VAC Single Phase)

MM440 with advanced vector control (with or without encoder feedback) for versatile applications in sectors requiring positioning control. Features integral PID controller (auto-tuning), and optional Profibus or DeviceNet communications modules.

• Power Range 0.16 - 4 HP (200 - 240 VAC Single Phase)
• Power Range 0.16 - 60 HP (200 - 240 VAC Three Phase)
• Power Range 0.5 - 300 HP (380 - 480 VAC Three Phase)
• Power Range 1 - 100 HP (500 - 600 VAC Three Phase)
