Rex Power Magnetics, a division of Transfactor Industries Inc., is a Canadian, privately owned manufacturer of commercial and industrial dry type transformers. The company was founded in 1972 and has grown steadily, especially in the past ten to fifteen years. Currently it employs over 200 people and enjoys annual sales revenues of over $50 million.
